The company intends to offer a competitive alternative to classical silicon solar cells to all module manufacturers by its product CIGS - thin film solar cell. The product's remarkable features are mechanical flexibility, low weight as well as low energy and material consumption during the manufacturing process resulting in excellent cost reduction. The company is currently arranging a 2nd financing round in order to raise 3,5 M€ for the preparation of mass production expected to start in 2007. The mass production allows a investment return (IRR) of approximately 32%. The cost for the

mass production of approximately 32,3 M€ can be partially financed by debt and equity.
